Hoje foi um dia bem legal. Acordamos cedo (como sempre durante esta viagem). Depois saímos para o passeio de barco pelo Rio Preguiça. O passeio de barco foi massa! Cada barco tinha dez pessoas! Primeiro lugar onde paramos foi em um lugar onde tinha muitos macacos, eram demais fofos!! Depois fomos para um lugar onde almoçamos e que tinha sol e praia! O lugar estava bonito “pra caramba”, lindas dunas de areia, o rio e o mar estavam ótimos também. Dois lugares onde pudemos tomar banho, foi muito legal.
Mais ou menos as 17 hs voltamos para o hotel, o restante do dia ficamos livres no hotel.
8 fevereiro
Depois café da manhã nós fomos para o parque nacional dos Lençóis Maranhenses em veículos 4X4. Foi um passeio muito divertido. Quando nas dunas, andamos na areia , muito branco, por uns 20 minutos, até chegarmos a um lago. Que calor!! A água era quente, azul e verde! Bonito demais! Ficamos por quase quarto horas na água e conversando na areia. Foi um dia muito legal! Depois do jantar tivemos tempo livre na cidade antes do horário de dormir.

February, 7th
Today was a really nice day.
We wake up early (like always on this trip), and we went to do a boat tour on Rio Preguiça.
The boat trip was really nice! There were 10 persons per boat!
At the first place where we stopped, were a lot of monkeys, they were the cutest things!
After that we went to a place where we at lunch, and layed in the sun all day.
The place was really beautiful, witch really pretty sanddunes. The river and the sea were beautiful also, and we could go swimming in both of them. That was cool.
At around 5 we where back at the hotel to do what we wanted.
February, 8th
After breakfast we all loaded into off roading “wagons” and started our great adventure. The ride to the dunes through the Parque Nacional dos Lençóis Maranheses was turbulent to say the least (I felt sorry for anyone with a weak stomach!) when we arrived at the dunes we had a 20 minute walk across gargous, white sand, that resembled a desert. We reached the lake and spent the next few hours splashing in the water or huddled in the shade, in a attempt to escape the heat! When we returned to the hotel we nad free time to spend in the pool or at the foot bal tables. The day ended with free time in the city before bed.
