Dia para não esquecer!! / A day to remember!!

“O dia de hoje, a gente tinha que sair as 08 hs. da manhã, mas 7 intercambistas não acordaram então o ônibus foi embora deixando esses intecambitas para ir de táxi até o Cristo Redentor, para encontrar os resto do grupo e começar o passeio. Para subir até o Corcovado, uma das 7 novas maravilhas do mundo, a gente foi de trenzinho e depois pegamos as escadas. Lá encima tiramos um monte de fotos, dava para ver a cidade, as praias, o Pão de Açúcar... todas as coisas que fazem o Rio de Janeiro essa linda cidade!! Percebemos que tudo se “mistura” aqui: praias, florestas nos morros e cidade.

A segunda parada era no sambódromo, que é uma avenida utilizada apenas no carnaval, onde tem o desfile das escolas de sambas. Tivemos a oportunidade de colocar as famosas fantasias, cheia de cores e muito pesadas! Ai a gente já se sentiu no carnaval.
Em seguida fomos visitar o estádio do Maracanã. Todos nós gostamos de futebol e aproveitamos para gritar “GOL” na arquibancada do estádio. Ao fim deste passeio, ficamos com fome e fomos almoçar no shopping, onde todo mundo ficou louco com os famosos sanduíches do “SUBWAY”.

Com a barriga cheia, satisfeito, fomos para a floresta da Tijuca onde caminhamos até uma cachoeira bem legal! Infelizmente não encontramos macacos! Depois fomos comprar varias coisas no Hard Rock Café, e voltamos para descansar no hotel, pegando uma via pelas praias mais importantes do Rio: Leblon, Ipanema e finalmente Copacabana, onde fica o nosso hotel.

Esse dia foi muito interessante e bacana demais! Estamos conhecendo a cultura do Brasil e agora ficamos com mais e mais vontade de descobrir de descobrir todas as riquezas do Nordeste.
Temos certeza que a viagem vai ser inesquecível!”

“The day today, we had to leave the 08 pm in the morning, but 7 exchanges students didn´t wake up.So they had to pay for taxi to get to Cristo Redentor, and find the rest of the group and begin the tour. To climb up the Corcovado, one of 7 new wonders of the world, we took a train and then, the stairs. Up there we tooke a lot of pictures and we could see all the town, the beaches, Sugar Loaf ... All the things that make the Rio de Janeiro this beautiful city! We noticed that everything is "mixed" here: beaches, forests, hills and the city. The second stop was at “sambódromo”, which is one avenue used only at the carnival, which has the parade of samba’s schools. We had the opportunity to dress the famous costumes, full of color and very heavy! So we already felt in the carnival. Then we visited the stadium of the Maracanã. We all love football and seize to shout "GOL" inside the stadium. By the end of this tour, we were very hungry and had lunch at the shopping, where everyone was smitten with the famous sandwich of "SUBWAY." With our belly full, happy, we went for the Tijuca forest where we walk to a nice waterfall ! Unfortunately we did not find monkeys in that forest! Next step was the Hard Rock Café, where we bought many things. After that, we went back to rest in the hotel, taking a path by the most important beaches of Rio: Leblon, Ipanema and finilly, Copacabana, where is our hotel. That day was very interesting and cool ! We learned about the culture in Brazil and now we are more and more willingness to find to find all the riches of the Northeast. We are sure that the trip will be unforgettable!”
